M-shifting
M-shifting or mental shifting is a shift of the mind into that of the animal you are. To do a mental shift you must be away from everyone again very important. and you must think "I Am Not human" and act like the animal.eventually you may get into a state where you start to act more and more like your animal and when you do start thinking "i am (insert animal here)" and eventually you may shift.
P-shifting
P-shifting or the physical shift is the main type of shift most people think about. but less people have performed such a shift which is why many believe it is impossible.
To do a P-shift you must first have completed your m-shift. (follow instructions at the top) after finding a secluded area get into a possition thats cofortable because you may be in that position for a long period of time. then start invisioning your human body IN DETAIL while thinking "i am not human" (tricky i know) eventually once it is completly visualized start visualizing it SLOWLY shift into your animal one part at a time. untill eventually it will be fuly animal. This take quite a few tries to shift so dont freak out if you dont shift your first time NOONE does. not even me. so try your hardest.
